Prairie Edge Christian Reformed Church

Our History

 Prairie Edge began as an outreach chapel in 1937, meeting in a nearby schoolhouse. Our “mother church” was Grace CRC of Kalamazoo. In 1949 a new building was built for the chapel, and in 1959, our current church building was dedicated. As God has continued to bless our church, and as we’ve continued to carry out his mission, the church added an educational wing in 1989 and a gymnasium and family life center in 2006. In 2008, Prairie Edge celebrated 50 years of ministry, and we pray that God will enable us to continue to serve him for many years to come.
